PI Family Day is a program developed by Recruit Families, a Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) program. It is designed to assist the loved ones of recruits and new Marines in preparing for Graduation and adjusting to the military lifestyle.

The program offers a three-day itinerary filled with activities and events aimed at making families feel welcome and informed. Participants can get a firsthand experience of the recruit training process, explore programs that support Marine families, and gain insights into what to expect after Graduation.

It is important to note that PI Family Day, in collaboration with the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, is the only official source of information regarding events, regulations, and other details about MCRD Parris Island. Other non-Marine Corps websites may contain misleading, incorrect, or outdated information.
