This app is a large-scale experimental open-world FPS game.

In this game, your goal is to build a military that is powerful enough to rule the area and put an end to the rebels while keeping the oil flowing and your country expanding.

It offers the following features:

• Open World FPS with Unit Command
• Command a Wide Range of Helicopters, Tanks, Artillery, and Aircraft
• Cities and their populations expand and change.
• Six other countries and two empires
• Every City is Conquerable by Any Faction
• Full complement of governmental ministries
• The enormous 460 km2 Game World
• Outstanding National Projects
• Totally offline
