Peganomics is a premium strategy title for PC developed by louidev, and is a pachinko-like game that features roguelike mechanics for its gameplay. Players will attempt to achieve the highest score they can by leveraging the unique synergies and effects of balls, pegs, and buckets in unique and varied ways. 

Release and catch 

The rules in Peganomics are comparable to classic Pachinko. Release balls from the top as they bounce unpredictably from peg to peg, in hopes of being caught by a bucket at the bottom to earn cash. Each level has a specific objective/amount to reach before moving to the next stage. The twist comes in that you can influence how much you earn by using balls with different values. 

In addition, certain pegs have unique effects when you bounce off them, some offering bonus cash or jackpot mini-games for a chance to increase earnings. Complete a level, and choose from random rewards with different effects and perks that change the gameplay even more. Now, if all this seems interesting, you will have to wait for a while to check it out since it’s not slated for release until 2026. 

A fun twist 

Overall, Peganomics takes the already pretty fun and unpredictable experience of playing Pachinko and makes it even more entertaining by injecting roguelike elements into the formula. It’s too soon to say how this will all play out, but there are more than enough reasons here to keep it on your radar and give it a try when it comes out.
