ParrotNotes is an AI note-taker for the conversations no meeting bot can join. Rather than dialling into a video call, it records what is said in the room: a client meeting, a site visit, a workshop, the corridor conversation after the real meeting ended. Then it turns that into a structured, searchable note.

Recordings are transcribed and translated across 99+ languages, with speaker identification. ParrotNotes then writes the summary and pulls out the action items, and you can ask a transcript questions in plain language instead of scrubbing back through the audio. Sales teams can apply MEDDIC or BANT templates to lift qualification fields straight out of a discovery call.

Every note is full-text searchable, labelled automatically, shareable by link, and exportable to text, Markdown, DOCX or PDF. A hosted MCP server connects ParrotNotes to Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask an assistant what a client committed to last month without leaving the chat.

The Mac app requires an Apple Silicon Mac. ParrotNotes is also available on iPhone and Android. Free to start.
