Отношения is a mobile application developed by iCognito, in collaboration with experts from leading universities including Moscow State University, Higher School of Economics, and Moscow State Institute of International Relations. The app is designed to improve couples’ relationships by utilizing the most effective methods of cognitive-behavioral and emotionally-focused therapies.

According to the research conducted on the app’s effectiveness, after only two weeks of using the program, participants experienced an increase in relationship satisfaction and a decrease in conflict levels. Additionally, they reported an increase in caring behavior and constructive communication. The program is implemented in a conversation format with a virtual psychologist named Lisa, who conducts tests, teaches self-help skills, and assists in performing practical exercises.
