Developed by MassDiGI for desktop and mobile, you will play as the legendary serpentine demi-god of Ophidia, named Norse Ouroboros. You were sent down from the heavens to cleanse the world tree Yggdrasil to begin a new life. The entire game is fully mouse-operated. When aiming at a creature, you have to move your mouse. When you need to reconnect after bumping into an enemy, you need to click the left mouse button.

Ophidia features two game mode options, namely the zen mode and the timed mode. Zen mode offers endless gameplay. With this, you can play any level in a sandbox mode with constantly respawning enemies. Timed mode, on the other hand, serves more challenging gameplay. In this mode, you will race to eat up more enemies and fight for how long they could stay alive. Along the way, you will encounter four different bosses as well as 12 different enemies with different movements and attacks to defeat.

Ophidia’s gameplay, graphic design, and user interface are all great. However, it still has room for improvement. There are times when the movement of the snake wouldn’t go in the way you want, so in the process, you end up biting yourself. The lack of options is evident, particularly when it comes to speed. Having these options would be a great addition for players to fully enjoy the game. Nevertheless, this is still a great strategy game to try out.
