You just need to unzip the file in your data folder. It is compatible with the latest official game patch/update version. It is designed to work with Adobe Flash. It uses the original loading screens for a few times after you install the replacer pack, and it's normal that the game will still use the original loading screens for a few times after you install the replacer pack. This mod is using adobe flash actionscript 3 (SWF files) to rotate, and it takes a few loads to see the new loading screens.
