Pebbles is the best horse you will ever see in the game. You will get him as a reward for completing a quest. He is the equal of the best horse for each of the four stats, and is as fast as a Pegasus, as brave as Kanthaka, etc.

You will be able to choose from four different colours for Pebbles, the original grey, white, black, and brown. Choose one when you install the mod.

The mod will also change the appearance of Zora's dappled horse.

This is a cheat, but it's only for transportation, so it doesn't affect the game that much. It makes one quest a bit easier, but that's it. Other than that you won't be some unstoppable force just because you've got a good horse.
