NBV IsiMobile is the official mobile banking application offered by the National Bank of Vanuatu for personal and business customers. With this app, users can easily manage their money on the go in a secure and convenient way.

The app provides quick access to the balances of all accounts and transaction histories up to three months with its Quick Balance feature. Users can also view their loan balances, interest rates, and repayment details, along with creating new term deposits. Transferring funds between accounts is made easy with the Transfers feature, where users can transfer funds between their accounts and other NBV accounts. Furthermore, users can easily pay school fees by directly transferring funds from their account to the school account with proper records of payments.

The app provides currency exchange rates and an exchange rate calculator for user convenience. To use the app, users must register at any NBV branch and complete an application form. After registration, users receive an email with temporary login credentials and can install the app on their device. Once installed, users can log in with their temporary password and PIN and create their new PIN and password.
