Nar’aakom is the first public health app available to be used by Qatari citizens in their day to day life. It is developed by Primary Health Care Corporation, a government body set up to provide a comprehensive health care system in Qatar.

It allows people to benefit from many of PHCC's digital services from their smartphones and also provides them with the opportunity to view and interact with their health card from this app.

The main features of the app are:

• View your health card information such as your health card number and see when it expires
• View your assigned health center
• View your assigned family physician from PHCC
• View the appointments for you and your dependents
• Apply for health card, allowing you to apply for yourself or your dependents
• Change My Health Center, allowing you to request to change your currently assigned health center to another one
• Change My Family Physician, allowing you to request to change your currently assigned family physician
• Request for appointment, allowing you to request for new appointment with our PHCC health centers
• Add dependent Account, allowing you add dependents to your account to be able to request any of the above services on their behalf
• Renew your health card, allowing you to navigate to Hukoomi's website to renew your health card online
