MyHealth Records is a lifestyle application developed by the Government of the Province of Alberta that allows Albertans who are 14 years old or above to access some of their health information from the provincial electronic health record, Alberta Netcare. Additionally, this online tool enables users to keep a secure record of their health information in one place.

MyHealth Records offers an array of features that allow users to take control of their health. Users can access their lab test results as soon as they are available, view medicines they received from community pharmacies, and see most immunizations they received in Alberta. Furthermore, the app enables users to keep journals to track their mood, sleep, weight, and fitness goals. Users can also upload and track information from their personal health devices, including blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, and fitness trackers that are supported by My Health Records.

In addition, users can print out reports to share with their healthcare providers, share their record with someone they trust, safely exchange messages with their healthcare providers (provided they are using the same messaging tool), and add and store other personal health information. MyHealth Records is a free tool that provides a convenient way to manage personal health information, making it a valuable addition to anyone's lifestyle.
