What is MyCenturaHealth?

It is the official app of Centura Health, a nonprofit healthcare organization in Colorado and western Kansas that provides quality healthcare to more than 6,000 individuals, families and neighborhoods across Colorado and western Kansas.

Through our 17 hospitals, two senior living communities, health neighborhoods, physician practices and clinics, home care and hospice services, and Flight for Life® Colorado, we are making the region’s best health care accessible and affordable in every community we serve.

MyCenturaHealth is an Android mobile patient portal and communication app for patients and their families, doctors, and healthcare providers. It allows them to view test results, send and receive messages with a provider, schedule and confirm upcoming appointments, and view visit summaries for past appointments.
