MumTrafficapp is a free user-friendly application developed by Mumbai Traffic Police to assist citizens with traffic-related matters. The app enables users to view and pay traffic challans generated against their vehicle(s) and report violations to the police department. Upon installation, users must register using their mobile number.

The app features a "My Vehicles" section where users can register their vehicles to track e-challans issued against them. Users can add multiple vehicles to the list and receive notifications of future challans. The "My E-Challans" section allows users to view all their e-challans and pay compounding fees using a secure payment gateway.

The "Civilian Report" feature enables citizens to report incidents of traffic violations, accidents, and other incidents such as oil spills and road rage.
