mSHR, developed by the Hospital Authority, is a free mobile platform for registered users to access their personal health records. It aims to provide a better management of their own health by providing an easy to use interface to view and manage their health records. The app is available on Android platform.

The app offers a range of features such as viewing appointment records, booking, amending and canceling staff clinic appointments online or through direct phone calls. Users can also view their allergy and adverse drug reactions records, radiology reports, medication records, and laboratory reports.

To use the app, users must possess a CORP LAN account or a retiree account with an activated HR App in their mobile device or first create an eSHR account in the Hospital Authority.
