Monsters of Little Haven: An Interactive Adventure Novel
Monsters of Little Haven is an interactive adventure novel developed by Nikita Kaf for Windows. The game revolves around the story of a mysterious monster in the Little Haven village and follows the journey of twelve-year-old Kenneth and his younger sister Esme, children of the Murphy family. The non-linear storyline offers various secrets surrounding the Murphy family, and the player's main goal is to find the approach to all of them.
The game offers a unique atmosphere and visual imagery that follows the peculiar mood of the novella. One of the most exciting features of the game is the eight alternative endings, which radically vary from one another. The player's decisions offer an opportunity to learn the history of the Murphy family from different perspectives. The game has a unique soundtrack for each ending, and the sound work is commendable throughout the game.
