Mitt Friskis is an Android app designed for members of Friskis & Svettis Riks. The app enables you to easily book, cancel, queue, and view your scheduled classes. The app is also useful for renewing your membership and purchasing training cards.

With the Mitt Friskis app, you can easily choose the days you want to train, filter classes by type and location, and read more about each class. You can also receive notifications regarding your bookings and use mobile check-in at selected locations.

Please note that the app is being rolled out in 2022, so check with your Friskis & Svettis location to learn more about availability. Additionally, the app is complemented by Friskis Go, the digital training app with a wide range of training options.
