You can also log your Rewards activities and track your progress towards incentives and prizes. The app allows you to like and comment on photos with friends, view your activity stats and points earnings, and more.

The app offers several main programs, including Challenge-of-the-Day, which allows you to complete fun and simple health challenges and earn points for participating. Activity Stats feature enables you to track your physical activity by linking a wearable device to your Sonic Boom profile. Caught Ya Bein' Healthy lets you catch other members practicing healthy habits and share photos to provide social support and culture improvement. Busted is a game where you can catch other members doing something unhealthy and acknowledge temporary setbacks. Finally, Rewards allow you to earn cool rewards for engaging in healthy activities and track your progress within the program.
