A Manual of Consultative Medicine is a project of great importance for the health service sector of our country. Its purpose is to develop and provide the necessary skills for health care professionals to provide better and more efficient health care to the patients.

This is an educational project developed by the La Fe University and Polytechnic Hospital in Valencia (Spain) with the collaboration of the Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Nutrition services and the Infectious Diseases Unit.

The main goal of this project is to develop and provide the necessary skills for health care professionals to provide better and more efficient health care to the patients.

The project began in 2015 and is currently being developed and updated with the latest scientific evidence.

The main idea of this project is to develop a comprehensive and practical handbook that provides the necessary guidelines and skills for the different aspects of hospital activity in the perioperative period.

With this, the specialists will be able to respond to the various complications that may appear in the evolutionary course of the disease.
