Early Access Update 5: Raw material mining update

Mars First Logistics announces its full release on September 26, 2025, alongside Early Access Update 5. The biggest change introduces raw material mining for structures like roads and monorails, with new drill, mining laser, and scanner parts. A new main contract unlocks the drill, and the main contract order has been adjusted to gradually introduce mining, making roads unlock later.

Update 5 also adds numerous new parts, including a Reaction Control System, or RCS for short, for flying control, a Camera for first-person view, and an Electro Magnet. Fuel pumps are now station-specific, and remote outposts can be upgraded. Monorails are faster and summonable from any station, enhancing utility. Transparent paint, terrain changes, and various quality-of-life improvements round out this substantial update.
