MANTRA - Maa Navjaat Tracking App is a web and mobile-based application to capture key service delivery parameters for pregnant women and newborns during their stay in the Labour room from admission to discharge or referral. MANTRA provides monitoring and analysis of healthcare services in the Labour room. The application will capture the data available in the Labour Room Delivery Register and Referral-Out Register on an ongoing basis and provide analysis that can be used at various levels for decision-making.

It is also integrated with the FRU online MIS, established by DMHFW and NHM UP, to capture key service delivery parameters of pregnant women and newborns during their stay in the Labour room.

Through the online MIS, FRUs can upload their case sheets with patient information, including medical records and patient visit details.
