This app helps clinicians navigate periprocedural planning and bleed management scenarios by allowing them to enter patient details regarding bleed and stroke risk factors. The app then provides individualized guidance for that patient on the advice screen. Additionally, clinicians can email a summary of the advice to the patient.

Derived from ACC’s Expert Consensus Decision Pathways, ManageAnticoag does not replace clinical judgment, and healthcare providers are in control of all diagnoses and other clinical decisions.
