The app takes children on a magical journey to the Pinyin Islands, where they join a cast of charming characters in a quest to save the islands from an evil Wizard. To progress in the game, children must fix a series of broken Ferris Wheels by using their newly acquired Pinyin skills. Each Ferris Wheel represents a core vowel sound, and children must connect it with its consonant partners to create over 300 different Mandarin syllables.

Magikid Pinyin offers 77 Pinyin lessons, covering 1132 Pinyin combinations. The app also includes 49 original children's songs and 994 flashcards to enhance vocabulary learning.
