KotOR Savegame Editor 3.3.7a is a free saved file editor for Star Wars: The Knights of the Old Republic that lets you change certain variables. You can alter player or NPC names, or adjust the stats and attributes. You’re also able to fix your stance on good or evil, while you can add force or experience points.

It is extremely important to note to not use this mod for Xbox saved files. You’ll receive a message that the file is damaged, and you won’t be able to recover it. Still, it’s an excellent addition to KotOR if you want to adjust any of the settings that were saved before you ended the last run. For other mods, you can try Improved Sith Mask, Recruit HK-47 on Taris, and Sonic the Werehog scream sound.

Change your saved settings

When you play Knights of the Old Republic, events and battles don’t always end like you’d want them to. You may also want to change a few stats for an upcoming battle, or alter your stance on good and evil. KotOR Savegame Editor 3.3.7a lets you access fields in a saved file so that you can play around with the numbers and codes. When you load the save, you’ll see the new details.

These aren’t the stats you’re looking for

There are several stats and traits you can change. However, it is important to mention that altering them doesn’t always have the result you want. For instance, Max Force and Hit Points are only calculated when you load a saved file. That means any changes you make before the load won’t take effect. You’ll need to adjust other elements if you want them to take effect. 

Adjusting quests

While not displaying a monumental difference for the game, there are some quest elements you can change or put into effect. You can also mess around with character names and the gender of your hero.
