In addition, the app allows you to easily report an outage, view a map of power outages in your area, and check your outage restoration status. You can also manage your account from anywhere, receive notifications when your monthly bill is ready, and get confirmation when it’s been paid.

The app also offers a range of useful features, such as enrolling in Paperless Billing, adding account contacts, setting threshold notifications, and more. Plus, you can set up easy login with fingerprint or facial recognition, making it even more convenient to manage your utilities on the go.
