KJA Split and Merge PDF is a useful tool to generate a PDF file from other existing PDF files. It enables to simply order and supress pages coming from original files to the new one. This tool can, among others, be used to merge one signed and scanned page in a document to get a complete signed set. This software is free of use, and made under GPL licence. It uses two pdf libraries: PDFNetlib for the thumbnail images representing each pdf page, and iTextSharp for the PDF result generation.
