Kill The Dragon is a free adventure game by indie dev Wallace Lovecraft. This cartoon-style game features a choose-your-own-adventure mechanic in that it lets players choose how they want to play it. The paths they take and the decisions that they make dynamically change how the story unfolds.

In a way, Kill The Dragon draws some similarities with games like Cuphead or Bendy and the Ink Machine. Despite their seemingly cartoonish or humorous presentation, they all employ mature themes and topics as part of their stories or mechanics that are geared more towards adult players.

Is the game any good?

In Kill The Dragon, you get to decide how you want to play, with your main goal being to find and slay a dragon. You’ll need to make decisions at every turn, though. You’ll need to make a choice in order to press on. You can slowly become a dragon-slaying champion or you could just as easily meet your demise along the way — depending on your choice. 

For controls, you get a few options to choose from. If you'll play using your keyboard, your arrow keys will be for movement and the Z and X keys are to confirm or cancel, respectively. You can also substitute your left and right mouse click for the same functions if you want. There is also support for gamepads in the game, with your D-Pad and A/B buttons for the same.

One important to take note of with Kill The Dragon is that the game is strictly meant for adult players. It features various bloody deaths and features mature themes, such as violence and gore. It should go without saying that this should not be played by children despite its seemingly harmless and cartoonish presentation. Apart from that, this is a humorous and unique playthrough to experience.
