Use them to craft trinkets that enhance your powers further. 

Your actions have an impact, as you can see the world slowly recovering and coming back to life with each area you cleanse and wildlife you rescue. Stumble upon hidden pathways and locked chambers that hold secrets of the land. Now, as of this writing, Junklands is not yet out and has no exact release date yet, so you will have to wait a while to check it out.
