iPacemaker is a free, Android-based application developed by iPacemaker. It is a third-party database for implantable cardiac devices, including pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac monitors, leads, and more. The app includes detailed technical datasheets, MRI compatibility info, device longevity/survival curve, connector info, product advisories, algorithms descriptions, and links to manuals from more than 7,000 devices by 60 different manufacturers.

The app's technical data includes a product overview, physical characteristics, MRI compatibility, battery/longevity, tachyarrhythmias therapies, resynchronization therapies, pacing therapies, diagnostics, and device image. The longevity information provides forecasted longevity at different programmed settings, battery substitution indicators (ERI/RRT/EOL), survival probability curve based on real data statistics, battery model, and capacity. The connector section includes the connector's scheme with an indication of the number of ports and connection types, and the screwdriver size to open/close the header screw.
