INCISION is a premium action game for PC developed by SmoothBrainDev, and is a first-person boomer shooter inspired by classic FPS games, featuring PS1-style graphics and art style. In it, layers will go on a rampage to destroy an organic flesh that has consumed the world and turned it into a living nightmare. 

Comparable to other games like Doom: The Dark Ages or Killing Floor 3, INCISION serves up intense, non-stop action through a dark and twisted world. It boasts a wide arsenal of weapons for players to choose from as they take on diverse enemy fodder and monstrous bosses. 

Living flesh 

INCISION takes place in a world consumed by organic living flesh known as The Growth, which has turned humanity into mindless monsters that it feeds on to grow. The landscape has been transformed into interconnected labyrinths across a series of factories, which serve as its organs. You will embark on a dangerous mission to destroy this living nightmare once and for all. 

Choose from 10 deadly weapons to slaughter your enemies in your rampage, each with different firing modes that change the way you play in unique ways. Blast your way through 15 distinct levels across various locations and environments, and fight a diverse set of enemies equipped with deadly weapons, including ricocheting sawblades and laser rifles, to name a few, each one requiring a different strategy to defeat. 

As you progress through the story, you get to know more about the mysterious higher being that the massive organic flesh is serving and what it’s so hellbent on consuming everything and everyone in its path. INCISION is a tough game, but the challenge is compounded by the fact that there is no save function, which some players will take issue with.
