In Your Face TD is a free indie VR tower defence game. Utilise a team of automated robots to earn resources, build a series of defences and then fight waves of invading creatures.

Bots VS Bots

Set on a distant space station with only mechanical drones for company, In Your Face TD is a wave-style tower defence game with some shooter mechanics. The game tasks players with building up a maze loaded with traps and turrets, beating back ever-stronger groups of enemies. A basic resource collection and allocation system is also in place, but the main draw of In Your Face TD is the addition of a FPS mode. Once the defences are built, a range of weapons are available for real time use. This provides both a much needed resource strategy and a fun action element. While this free game has many positives and varying levels of difficulty, it does have a severe lack of content. The single map and poor A.I combine to create an extremely short experience.

In Your Face TD is a fun twist on the tower defence genre which uses virtual reality well. Despite a short playtime, it is still worth a try.
