Hjelp 113 is a free app that enables you to call and send your GPS location to the Norwegian emergency centers. This can save vital time if an accident or sudden illness affects you or someone near you. You can also call and send your location to either fire, medical, or police emergency centers.

When you start the app, you will be asked for your phone number. If you don't have a number, you will be given the opportunity to sign up. After that, you will be asked to enter your home address. If you don't have an address, you will be given the opportunity to enter your current location.
