HeartBeat is a chrome extension developed by zimzie.studio that aims to help users maintain a healthy balance between their digital intake and physical activity. With the increasing amount of time people spend seated in front of their computers, it's easy to neglect the importance of taking breaks and engaging in physical movement.

This extension reminds users to take small breaks throughout their working periods. By setting a preferred timer, users can customize the duration of their work sessions. The extension keeps track of their lifespan by displaying a health bar, which gradually depletes as the timer runs. Once the timer has run out, HeartBeat prompts users to take a small break.

During these breaks, users are encouraged to engage in physical activity such as stretching, making a cup of tea, or even taking out the trash. While users take their breaks, the health bar recharges, indicating the need for a healthy balance between work and physical movement.

HeartBeat is a valuable tool for those who tend to neglect physical activity while working on their computers. It serves as a reminder to prioritize their well-being and incorporate breaks and movement into their daily routine.
