Hardspace: Shipbreaker is a space simulation game developed by Blackbird Interactive, available on Play Station 4. The game takes place in the future where you play as a spaceship salvager working for LYNX, the galaxy's leading ship-salvaging corporation. Your job is to pay off your debt by purchasing salvaging rights to increasingly large and valuable ships, cutting them open, and extracting as much value as possible.

The game offers an immersive experience as you use advanced LYNX tech to salvage valuable materials and components with your cutting tool, slice scrap metal at any angle into a million pieces, and ponder a lonely existence. However, dying is extremely unprofitable, so you must upgrade your tools, helmet, and suit to take on more lucrative contracts and pay off your debt of 999,999,999 credits. The game features next-generation physics simulation, and you can unlock new perks by upgrading your tools to take on harder contracts.
