Go Kart Island is an open-world, adventure-oriented racing game developed and published by Grumpy Pizza for desktop and console gaming. In this action-packed sports title, you step into the shoes of Lachlan, a highland cow whose lifelong desire is to become a Go Kart Champion. 

Illustrated in low-poly 3D graphics and played in the third-person perspective, Go Kart Island offers a satisfying and fun-filled experience with its vehicular combat mechanics, vibrantly expansive world, and humorous gameplay. However, this is still in active development, meaning bugs, missing features, and adjustments should be expected. 

Become the GO KART CHAMPION 

The story of Go Kart Island follows Lachlan, a highland cow, who arrives at the island where the BIG RACE takes place. The said race is sought after by many racers who dream of winning it in hopes of becoming the GO KART CHAMPION. Unfortunately, the corrupt mayor requires you to raise 1,000 coins as an entry fee for his election campaign. 

With that said, you embark on a journey to earn election funds on the island by partaking in activities that reward cold, hard cash, while progressing through a full story mode, featuring 34 varied events and 150 collectables across power-up and obstacle-filled tracks with 84 challenges. You also get to compete against 32 different animals that you can eventually unlock. 

It also features six types of races, including Circuit Race, where one must finish multiple laps of a circuit; Checkpoint Race, a race against time; Collect Race, the one where racers must collect coins; Elimination Race, where the last one gets eliminated; Death Race, the race where you must maintain a health bar; and Street Race, which allows you to race from one island to another.
