Glubs-TeamExp is a mod that makes experience points (XP) count by the hour. This means that if you spend one hour playing, you will get one experience point.

The reason for this is that in those games, experience points are based on time, so if you play for a couple of hours, you will get a lot more XP than if you had played for just a few minutes.
