This is a basic design for an impenetrable fortress. It can be modified to suit your needs. The aim of this map is to have a safe place to stay in and not have to worry about enemies breaking into your base.

I have built this map in Navezgane as a template for future bases, so I don't have to rebuild it again later. This save game is built in version Alpha.

In this mod, the goal is to create a secure area for you to defend yourself from enemies. The idea is to build a map that will provide you with a safe place to stay, as well as a source of energy to help you in the battle.

The map has a platform built over a zombie kill zone, with 3 block-thick perimeter walls. The idea is that most enemies will be killed by the electric fence before reaching the access ladder to your base. You can stand in the center of the ground level when enemies invade and pick off the zombies with your favorite firearm.

There is a shed above the ladder containing 8 battery banks and 8 solar panels on the roof. The solar array uses 4 panels to power the fences and has 4 spare panels for lighting, etc.

In the ground portion inside the fortress, there's a hatch leading down to the bedrock for your mining pleasure.
