Florida Survivor is a premium action PC game from developer Cheddar Mine Games and is a survival roguelike top-down shooter set in the state of Florida, USA. In it, players take on the role of a shotgun-wielding man on a beer-fueled mission to defeat hordes of vampires and bring sunlight back to the Sunshine State. 

Beer-chugging and vampire-slaying 

Florida Survivor centers around Florida Man, a beer-loving and shotgun-wielding protagonist on a mission to defeat the horde of vampires invading his home and bring back sunshine to his beloved state of Florida once more. Blast through three chaotic stages and collect special ingredients that you later use to blend unique cocktails that provide unique effects and powers during runs. 

Survive until the timer runs out to have the vampires retreat to their swamp dwelling places, and have a final, climactic confrontation with their leader, Count Venture, to end his dark ritual and bring the sun to your city. On a side note, the art style leaves a lot to be desired and does take away from the experience quite a bit for those who value nice visuals. 

Let the sunshine through 

In conclusion, Floride Survivor is a decent action roguelike that offers fun gameplay and quirky humor. Outside of that, though, plenty of players will find the art style and overall visuals to be quite on the lower quality side of things. If that is not a big deal to you, give this one a shot and experience it for yourself.
