Flappy Arms has you flying through a very ugly looking city and has you flying through gaps in order to win points. The longer you can go without hitting something or crashing, then the more points you get at the end.

Flappy Arms has you flapping your arms to fly

When you play Flappy Arms, you have to hold a controller in each of your hands and then flap your arms in order to fly your character. You have to fly over different platforms or through different spaces. Other than flying through gaps and over platforms, there is little else to do. The environments are textureless, flat and bland, and the buildings are repetitive and boring. There is very little do to in the game. The fact that companies are able to release games that are this unfinished and that are this cheap is unfair to the consumer.

An uninspired and cheap game

Flappy Arms is a cardboard cutout of many other programmer’s building blocks that have been cobbled together to create a really cheap and uninspiring game. It is reminiscent of the Wii simulator games that had you flying through hoops and over landing pads in an attempt to make a game out of exploiting the Wii controller. You even have to flap your arms like you did with the Wii controller except that you are placed in a cheap environment with cheap music, and you are forced to play through a pointless flying simulator. One could forgive the cheapness of it all if the player were able to do more than flap his or her arms and fly through different locations. Even terrible the Stickman Rope hero games were able to pull that off despite their very cheap environments and character designs.
