Felleskatalogen is a medical application that provides access to updated information about drugs marketed in Norway. The app allows you to access information even without internet access, as the information is stored on your device. The app includes Felleskatalog texts, web links to educational material, package inserts, and SPC, interaction analysis, ATC registry, poisoning information from Giftinformasjonen, information about anaphylaxis treatment, alerts from Legemiddelverket, and searchable registers of drug companies, organizations, and pharmacies.

In addition to the Felleskatalog texts, you can also find information about pregnancy/breastfeeding from the Norwegian drug handbook, information about exchange group and refund, photos of capsules/tablets, doping classification, labeling with warning triangle, labeling with black triangle (adverse drug reaction monitoring), and the requirement for a Schengen certificate when traveling abroad.

The app includes a search function for diseases/conditions to get a grouped overview of drugs used in treatment. The disease search is included in the main search.

To be able to scan barcodes on drug packages and find the nearest pharmacy, the app needs access to your camera and location services. The app is developed by ThotSoft on behalf of Felleskatalogen AS, a subsidiary of LMI.
