Despite the title, Fancy Fishing VR is not a fishing game. No virtual rod or cast exists, no net to hold a caught fish sits by a virtual boat and no variety of lake creatures await to be caught and measured. Instead, the player stands under the sea and blasts away at everything that moves with a choice of assault weapons. Groups of peaceful shoals drift between coral until a rifle begins to pick them out one by one. The common themes of the "Fancy" VR series continue with Fancy Fishing VR including hastily thrown together games, Google translated nonsensical text and blatant cash grabs. Maybe there is a player with marine bloodlust who wishes to watch terrible models of fish explode, but everyone else should stay far away.

Fancy Fishing VR is one of the worst examples of a virtual reality game. No thought or effort went into the title beyond a hope someone may accidentally purchase it.
