eZ Cash is the first Sri Lankan company to be approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to provide financial services. It is also the first company to be approved by the Payments and Settlement Systems Act, No. 28 of 2005 to provide Mobile Money services.

This virtual wallet is linked to the user's mobile phone number. eZ Cash provides financial services to many Sri Lankans, without the need for conventional banking. It is a "Virtual Wallet", and can be used to transfer money between accounts, or to a mobile phone number of a user.
