It is an MMO 4X grand strategy title featuring historical themes inspired by multiple periods throughout human history. In it, players will set out to conquer the world with their chosen faction and battle other players online.

Much like Age of History II or Rise of Kingdoms: Lost Crusade, Era of Conquest combines base-building gameplay with massive strategic battles. Each faction boasts unique tactical advantages over one another, and it's up to players how to use it to their advantage in real-time engagements.

Era of Conquest takes place in a fictional world wherein all the major historical figures and factions come together, transcending time, to engage in an all-out war for ultimate control. Choose from nine civilizations for your faction, including China, Japan, Arabia, and more. Each one of them boasts unique soldier units and heroes to call to the battlefield.

One of the highlight features in Era of Conquest is its large open map stretching 120 kilometers that allows for some epic real-time battles on a massive scale. It employs what's called DOTS technology that makes it possible for powerful devices to have a maximum of 6,000 units in a battle at any given time, further emphasizing its focus on scalability and a bigger-than-life gameplay experience.

You can forge alliances with other players to work together to conquer territories, as well as look for Treasure Maps that lead you to various hidden rarities across the map. Unfortunately, there have been numerous reports from players experiencing network connection issues, as well as server login problems.
