The game map is randomly generated for every new campaign, ensuring that no two playthroughs feel the same.  

In the game, terrain matters greatly: rivers force you to build bridges or redeploy cavalry, mountains protect your borders but slow expansion, and enchanted forests grant bonuses to certain unit types. When diplomacy fails, you transition seamlessly into auto-battler combat.
