EGGCONSOLE DAIDASSOU PC-8801 is a premium action game developed by D4 Enterprise. It is the official Nintendo Switch port of the classic Daidassou adventure that came out back in the 1980s. It follows the escapades of war soldiers who must infiltrate enemy bases and rescue their comrades being held as prisoners.

Search and rescue operation

In EGGCONSOLE DAIDASSOU PC-8801, you must rescue your allies held captive as prisoners of war. There are 16 stages,  and you must save five comrades to complete each level. You'll be armed with a pistol and a grenade, but be wary of your limited ammo. If one of your fellow soldiers gets killed, you need to start over again.

Rescued allies move and behave in unexpected ways, and you can utilize your Gather or Scatter commands to keep them in check and increase your chances of escaping successfully. Now, the only thing to note before diving in is that apart from the “how to play” section, the majority of the game is in its native Japanese language.
