EchoHam is a ham radio app that can be run, if you have an amateur radio license and call sign, to perform radio broadcasts and connect to other stations. It's fairly well-made and offers most necessary features, but connecting to Echolink and to other stations must be done manually, and it doesn't offer many connection settings or useful keyboard shorcuts.
