The options for triage include "Waiting Room" for routine cases, "Next Available" for patients who need immediate attention but can wait a bit longer, "Room Immediately" for those who require immediate placement in a bed, and "Code STEMI" to activate the cath lab for patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction.

ECG Stampede offers three modes of play. In "Stampede Mode," you are challenged to quickly review ten ECGs with limited bed availability. "Quiz Mode" allows you to practice as many ECGs as you like, with answers provided along the way. Lastly, in "Random Mode," you test your luck by encountering a mix of patients, with a higher probability of encountering STEMI cases.
