e-Siransija is a free Android application developed by Data Center Provinsi Gorontalo that serves as a performance measurement system for government officials. It is designed to support the implementation of the government's Revolusi Mental program, which aims to improve the attitude and work ethic of government officials. The app measures the performance of officials based on three main indicators: Integrity, Work Ethic, and Mutual Cooperation. These indicators are further divided into sub-indicators, such as attendance, achievement of targets, and participation in communal activities. The app calculates scores based on these indicators, which are then used to determine the officials' eligibility for allowances.
