BAS-IP UKEY is a utility application designed for Android that enables users to utilize their smartphones as mobile identifiers for door access. This innovative app facilitates the operation of BAS-IP outdoor panels and readers through Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, making it easier to unlock doors in various settings such as multi-apartment buildings, residential complexes, offices, parking lots, and warehouses. Users can activate door opening via phone screen or by tapping an 'Open' button in the app.

The app provides three distinct operating modes for outdoor panels and readers: Door mode (up to 1 meter), Touch mode (up to 2 centimeters), and Gates/barrier mode (adjustable from 0.5 to 10 meters). This mobile identification method offers several advantages over traditional keycards, such as reduced risk of loss, quicker access, and enhanced security, as mobile identifiers cannot be easily replicated.
