Dungeon of the Endless is a tower defense game available on PlayStation 4. Developed by Amplitude Studios, the game is set in an alien planet where the player takes control of survivors from a prison spaceship that had crashed. The main objective of the game is to escape the multi-layered structure by taking an energy crystal through several floors filled with dangerous creatures.

The game features randomly generated levels that require the player to explore and collect resources to enable power to various rooms and turrets. This helps to divert attention from enemies and move the crystal from the starting point of the level into the elevator to the next floor. In each level, the player must choose two characters with different stats such as health, attack, defense power, and movement speed. The player has the option to control one of two selected characters separately or in tandem.
