Step 1: Download the Doctor Anywhere app.

Step 2: Login into your account to see your appointments.

Step 3: Choose the condition you want to see a doctor for and click Book an Appointment.

Step 4: Confirm your details and get a confirmation screen.

Step 5: The doctor will call you. You can either meet him in his clinic or his surgery, and talk to him confidentially via the video call.

Afterward, you will be advised to go to the hospital or clinic, and your call will be ended without charge.
